Shipping: All in stock parts or upgrade parts will be shipped within two business days.  All parts are sent through USPS with free shipping.  The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost if they choose a different shipping method.

Return Policy: As follows, there are no returns under any circumstance for a kit bike.  These are custom ordered to your specifications.  They come with a manufacturers one year parts warranty, and all kits are checked for defects before being shipped.  We are not responsible in any way for shipping damage, and will not refund for such.  You must put a claim in with the shipping company.  All upgrade parts offered here are inspected and/or tested for proper working order whenever possible.  We offer refunds on upgrade parts only if it is defective.  We will not refund or exchange a used part.  It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure it is compatible with your bike.  If and when a refund is granted for upgrade or aftermarket parts, it must be return shipped within 10 days after you receive it.  By purchasing a kit bike, upgrade, or aftermarket part from East Side Old School, you give buyer consent to these terms.
